The West Coast has always been a place for new ideas and the California lifestyle. Even as a teen I was drawn to its free spirit. After making my way here I lived in San Francisco for 25 years & broadened my horizons to include a love of art, film, dance, photography & politics. I hold a BA in Psychology from SF State University & studied photography & advertising at the Academy of Art. I also spent 20 years at the SF Design Center and in the Interior Design field creating fabulous spaces. Enjoying time with friends & family, traveling both near & far with my husband, has also enriched my life. Home is where you can be you.
Licensed since 2010 and practicing since 2013, I take pride in serving the diverse communities of the East Bay and have called it home since 2007. Call me and find out how I can make the real estate process easy for you.
Favorite walking spots in the East Bay:
Marina Bay Trail in Richmond, Tilden Park and the UC Botanical Gardens in Berkeley, visiting furry friends at Point Isabel, taking in the view at Miller-Knox park in Point Richmond, watching the glorious kites fly at Cesar Chavez Park and making the loop at Lake Merritt. More recently walking the many trails at Point Pinole that lead to the San Pablo Bay.
Travels:
Besides some of the best places in the US, I’ve had the good fortune to visit Armenia, England, Paris France, Amsterdam, Brugge & Brussels Belgium, Guadalajara, Jalisco, Lake Chapala, PV, Mexico City, Tuluum, Playa del Carmen, Taxco, Aztec & Mayan Ruins in Mexico & the west coast of Costa Rica. Can’t wait for more…
My love of art, film, dance and photography brought me to San Francisco. The West Coast is the place for new ideas and the California lifestyle. Our own East Bay has so much to offer whether you love sports, food, music, or the great outdoors. We are lucky to have it all along with niche neighborhoods to explore.
I work from Oakland to Richmond with Albany, Berkeley, Kensington, Emeryville and El Cerrito in between. My combination of education, contract negotiations, sales and visual arts can only bring success to each transaction. Just as important are the other team players including local lenders, stagers, photographers, inspectors, escrow companies and the relationships I keep with other realtors. Ask about my creative real estate strategies for marketing your home in our unique market.
See my incredible reviews to hear what you get when we partner up on your life changing purchase or home sale. Professionalism, follow up, communication, and a steady calm through what can be a stressful process. I look forward to assisting you.
